Sports

School of Enlightenment aims at providing the best facilities possible for our students in the field of sports. The school has sports activities every morning for about 50 minutes. The middle and senior student has sports activities on Monday, Wednesday and Friday while the junior student has sports activities on Tuesday and Thursday.

Students can opt to be trained in basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, football, taekwando, throwball, chess during the morning activities. Kho-kho and handball are being introduced this year. We have professional and experienced coaches to train the students. Enlightenment gives a lot of importance to improving the fitness level of students. Every morning students are engaged in a mass drill conducted by our PET teachers. Students do exercises to tone and strengthen their muscles. In these sessions students learn self-defense techniques which not only help them to defend themselves but also give them the confidence to handle difficult situations.
